Rowster.org was founded by rowers to help the rowing community solve a very basic problem: Matching high school rowers with university rowing programs. We are a non profit that aims to increase participation in collegiate rowing and make the life of coaches easier by taking the hard work out of recruiting.
Some other services out there charge athletes, rowster.org is and always will be free to athletes.
